I get asked the above question almost on a daily basis. The concept of a mobile notary is new to a lot of people because they are used to walking into their bank when they want a document notarized but the majority of banks due to liability reasons no longer offer notary services. So what are your options?
The Document Diva only provides a mobile notary service so if you are looking for a notary to travel to your residence, business, hospital or any other location that is convenient for you we'll be more than happy to provide service. Depending on the location there is a travel fee plus the $10 per notarized signature fee.
Mobile notary services are great if you require a notarization on the weekend, after hours or at the last minute. For the last 9 years we have been notarizing powers of attorney, trusts, affidavits, health care directives and many other documents in the greater Long Beach, Lakewood, Carson, Bellflower, Wilmington and San Pedro areas.
If you are not looking for a mobile notary then your best option is to walk into your local UPS store as most of them have notaries on staff. Also, if you're a AAA member they provide notary services.
